It can be mounted to the floor, raise with brackets and or be added to your stacking configuration. most importantly, the unit allows you to store your long rifles in the back of your vehicle overnight creating greater security for your weapons from break-ins and home safety issues.
The draw has a 
polypropylene foam insert and can be custom cut to fit your needs. For example: 1 rifle, 1 shot gun and accessories.

The actual locking mechanism, like all of our patented safes is located at the rear of the patrol safe. This makes it extremely hard to break into, unlike traditional gun safes.
However there is still quick access as the keypad is in the front.
